I suggest you at first create a new mal in yahoo and check that if it works or not.
if the new mail works so you should go back to your old mail and check its setting, maybe you change some important settings!!

I think this is a fraud. Please don't pay him any money through wire transfer.

Also the good thing about Pay Pal and similar services are you can stop the transfer within 7 days if you think it's fraud. However with wire transfer you can't do that. Considering this in mind. I think the offer from the Chinese guy is a fraud attempt.
There are plenty of options available from Amazon and Ebay; checkout the established trusted and rated sellers, look for at least 50 or more good ratings and then you can be sure that the account is credible. Buy only from rated and trusted sellers.

If you want to cancel your membership to cupid.com, you must first cancel any repeat billing that has been set up which is what is showing up on your bank statement for $ 28.99.
Follow these instructions to cancel the repeat billing first:
Go to their website located at www.cupid.com
Click on "my account"
Then click on "billing history" link
Choose "cancel" and cancel all repeat billings
When you have canceled your repeat billings, you need to cancel your membership in order to stop all charges.
Follow the same instructions as listed above and after you click on billing history click on "remove account". Then remove your profile from their website.

first how did you pay by bank account ,paypal,credit card if by bank or credit card account you will need to open a disputed bank transaction if you paid using paypal
log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this tranzaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the facebook
ie: (did not authorise payment) to make a claim they have taken money without your authorisation
