Dialta di2510 not initializing

Unplug it from the wall, wait a while and plug it back in. If still not booting, Probably needs to have the firmware reloaded,or all the dimms (memory chips) need to be reseated, or the main board has failed. If you are not a tech, probably should call one.

? di2510 toner bottle is not rotating ?

The machine may not need toner have you replaced the developer before running the F8. Not good to run F8 with out new developer. Where the counters cleared before replacing the developer.

"please wait" error appears on diplay when i turned on the mfp

Have you had the develop and drum replaced or does the screen say Replace PC Drum? There are certain house chores the copier does before "Ready To Copy" it is waiting for them to get done equals "Please Wait". One big item is making sure the developer and toner are properly mixed inside the image unit underneath the drum. Might want to have the developer replaced and drum/cleaning blade normally done all together, then run the F8 procedure and make sure the counters where cleared Did you recently replace the drum and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer. IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. Copier works on the counters that how it know it got a new drum and developer. Get new develop and new drum and have it installed correctly, Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade the reinstall and RUN F8. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can not print anything unit the F8 is run. Or you start over.

Need to reset drum counter on di2510

Has the drum developer and cleaning blade been replaced? If not then the copier will think all three are new and will adjust High Voltages as require. When in reality the they are not new> Causing image problems and service codes. DO it right have it done right, Like clear counters first then replace the parts then run the required F8.

Have you had the developer and drum replaced or does the screen say Replace PC Drum? There are certain house chores the copier does before "Ready to Copy" it is waiting for them to get done, so that equals "Please Wait". One big item is making sure the developer and toner are properly mixed inside the image unit underneath the drum. Might want to have the developer replaced and drum/cleaning blade normally done all together, then run the F8 procedure and make sure the counters where cleared. Did you recently replace the drum and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer, FIRST. IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. The copier works on the counters that is how it knows it got a new drum and developer. Get new developer and a new drum and have it installed correctly. Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN F8. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the F8 is run. Or you will start all over again with new developer and a new drum.

Also try removing the toner bottle, turn off the machine with the toner bottle out and cover closed turn on the machine when it ask for toner properly place the toner bottle in the machine
