log onto amazon.com Click on account & lists. It will bring up list of management options. In first group there is a link to Download order reports. You may have to put in your log in info again. Next list will let you look at old orders. It has date options but to the right I saw a link for all of 2015
If you are registering a new device. You have to give it your log in info for amazon account meaning user name and password you use when logging into amazon.com
You should be able to register with your account simply by logging in to the kindle app or kindle store with your amazon credentials on your new device. I don't recall if that is how it works with the paperwhite versions, but on the android based systems (even non-kindle devices) the device shows up on the amazon device management section of my amazon account on the website when I log in with my amazon credentials.
Log on and look for a circled text " My Paypal". Click this and you go to your account and can find a little "gear" on top of page. Click this and you can change payment info.
