I cooked Chicken Adobo with vinegar and soy sauce. And it was the 1st thing i cooked. The smell won't come out of the silicon gasket or the center silicon. HELP!

Silicone gaskets tend to hang on to smells, follow this procedure to clean it and then leave it out in the air until the next use. Generally, you should store your electric pressure cooker with the lid upside-down which would naturally air out the gasket. I know it doesn't look pretty, though!

Good luck, and don't worry the smell shouldn't affect the food you cook in it.

Why wont my steelcraft 13 gallon 5hp model ta25 build up no more then 20 pound of pressure and all i did was change the oil?

Check all connections for air leak including the water drain valve with soapy water. If no air leaking from connections, spray soapy water on head area where head attaches to the cylinder checking for gasket leaks. If no leaks are found, most likely problem is in the head /valves /internal gasket leak. If head gasket or valves are leaking, you will notice that air seems to blow out of the intake filter (normally there is good suction at the intake). Good luck

Was working normal suddenly will not build pressure

Maurader1 an apprentice has this problem solved and is spot on. All these gurus and wiz need to stick to the basic and common sense. The first place your pump will give out after use or abuse is the gasket. All this garbage about defective reeds and defective pressure switch is a lot of nonesense if you first don't rule out the most common problem the head gasket. I'm cheap and this thing has paid for itself 10 time over. You can get a gasket kit for $7, but I fabricated a gasket out of the back of my notebook and sprayed some gasket spray and been working like a charm ever since.

I have a Porter Cable air compressor model CPLKC7080V2. Air leaks from the pressure switch and aftercooler safety valve and the pressure switch before the compressor reaches 80 lbs pressure. I replaced...

I believe you have a head valve or piston ring problem. The parts you replace are suppose to leak. It is a safety feature that doesn't allow the motor to burn up before the pump warms up. Kind of like a soft start feature. If you look on the breakdown part number 107 Kit Valve Plate is what you need to inspect. Sounds like your valve plate is either worn or damaged. If you go into the pump you will have to get part 103 also which is a gasket kit. Or you can try to salvage the old gaskets.
If the valve plate is ok you will need to inspect the rings that go around the pistons. Some times you will get one that gets brittle and breaks off scarring the cylinder. Look for these two things, I am pretty sure one of them is the problem with your compressor.
