Hi placed an order that says will be delivered January however we are prime customers so had expected to receive order much sooner can you explain reason for delay

You need to read the shipping information before ordering. Amazon gives you a 2 day delivery IF it is in stock. If it is out of stock it will take longer. They usually indicate it in your shopping cart before you make the final purchase. Always read every message before you finalize an order. It is Christmas time so many things sell out.

address this problem directly to the supplier that you placed the order with

I ordered a Christmas Gift Card for lela.g.gannon.15@dartmouth.edu last week and it was never received.

may have been filtered by the school email system as a potential junk email .

I was to susposed to receive my daughters bow before december 23 2013 for christmas. Then it came out to jan 26 @ the latest. but it is feb 5 2014 and still no bow.

Where did you buy it...ebay or ?

I have a Samsung HM1000 Bluetooth that I need the manual and the passkey code for. I ordered the bluetooth off Ebay and I didn't receive either one.

I got a convection countop oven for christmas and it didn`t have a manual with it, how do i get one

google the manufactors name and model number .if they have a web site you maybe able to download one for free or order one.if not could allways try e-bay people sell anything there.

My dauhter got the leapfrog my pal violet dog for christmas before receiving this my brother programmed in my daughters name and colour ect i want to change and add info myself but when connect the toy...

You have to download the software for your computer that allows you to connect Violet in order to change the name, etc. Once you do that, connect Violet with the cable included and follow the steps. If you need more help let me know. It's a little tricky sometimes if you don't do things in the precise order.
