contact the people you bought the item from and tell them you haven't received it and see what they say, then you can go to paypal and sign in and start a complaint about the item that you haven't received.
you can ask the seller if they have a tracking number for the item you bought...i see in the auction it was suppose to be sent usps priority mail..if they did it through paypal the tracking number will be displayed in your my ebay page in item bought/won...if its not there, they didnt ship it through paypal but went to the post office the mail it
check your won items page..if the tracking number isnt there...email the seller and ask for a tracking number...usps priority mail only takes 2-3 days to arrive
I would file a dispute through PayPal. Make sure you have all of the necessary information ready. They may just be pulling your chain hoping you will forget about it and move on. File the dispute and hopefully you will get your money back.
