Call Lg and your provider to report this issue, because my phone did the same thing and I have already had the phone replaced for this same issue once before. Both companies told me because I am the first person to report this issue there is no current recall. Therefore, there is nothing for anyone to do except pay for the screen to be fixed. If your phone is less then a year old the manufacture will replace the phone, but they will only do it once. This is my second Lg Xenon, with the first phone having the same issue, so no one can replace my phone.
