Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: i keep getting pop up windows that say internet

If i am correct on this. I believe you have a virus. Try running a virus scan and see if it fixes your problem. Go here http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php scroll down and click the blue button. Its a trial version, but its full access and you have unlimited uses on it.

Paypal bill me later will not let me in

Hello Jessica,
There could be few reasons
--> If you got paypal balance it won't let you use pay after delivery option.
--> If the company (where you are purchasing) does not support pay after delivery option then there is no chance
--> interent browser problem.

First 2 options are common. or
It might be cache / cookies issue.
Also it could be Internet Explorer issue (happens sometimes)
try to use chrome or safari.
If nothing works then try this
Please delete all cookies (i also prefer to delete browsing history) and delete Internet temperory files.
Folow these steps
Open Internet explorer
Click on Tools
Select Internet Options
make sure General tab is selected.
You will see browsing history heading.
Under that you will see a "Delete" button
Click on delete button
a new window will pop-up
Check all expect last one (leave Form data and Password box unticked if you dont know passwords - however i prefered to delete everything)
click delete
Once finished - click Ok
Close the browser
Wait for 30 to 60 sec.
Open Internet explorer and enjoy shopping.
Hope this trick will help
Thank you

I Need helpseeting an adminstrator account up on a used computer

Open control panel and create a new user account with administrator privileges. Log off the previous user and logon to the one you just created. Then delete the original user and this should set everything as default for you the new user.

If the password prompt is in a browser ie, Internet explorer or Firefox you will need to remove the addon (sounds like parental controls).

The only way of changing the registered owner would be to complete a fresh install of windows.

Different New windows are poping up without any interaction

You may have a trackware virus. Do you have antivirus software installed? are they poping up randomly? or just when you go to certain websites? (for example, did any pop-up when you came to this website?)

Also, if you have IE (internet explorer 7) it comes with a pop-up blocker that will help.. If you do not have it, you can download IE 7 from Microsoft's website.

If you think you have a virus, you can download HijackThis, and post a log in this forum.. Then we can determin if you have any spyware on your system.
