Question about RCA Analog (RCA) to Digital (VGA) Converter for PC (displays TV image on PC) (AD01)
Hi there, It could just be a blown fuse problem. If you are still underwarranty, you may bring the unit to the store or manufacturer. Otherwise you will need to open the box and locate the fuse. Pull it out then inspect or use an ohmmeter to see if it's broken. If it's broken, just buy new one then replace it. If you are not a techy person to this this I suggest bring your unit to a service center and let them check it for you.
