You can purchase the part itself.
The part # for the Inverter Transformer is LTZ2PC0MS008.
I just look on the web and nobody has them in stock right now.
Right now, Shopjimmy.com has the whole board in stock. (6-06-09 1:55pm @ California time)

No, the voltages are just fine. The fault must be either in the PMW itself or in the HT transformer - and the only way to fix that is to replace the entire inverter board.

Having the EXACT same problem. Changed out all caps near that area (About 15) Changed out all optocouplers. No change. I know it's just one little $0.40 piece causing this, but can't find exactly which one it is. Frustrating actually.

I would suspect and check first the voltages going there to see if low when cold and come up and if they are moving up and down when it flickers----points to problem in power supply
