Compra un disco limpiador de lentes laser y puede que esto solucione tu problema ya que puede ser solo suciedad en el lente.

When you connect your phone to the mac via the USB does the phone appear on your desktop?
If the phone does mount on the desktop the easiest way to get them on and manage them is with iphoto (or ilife if installed) use the app to import the files. When importing find the phone and look for the images folder.
The manual way.
The mac should pick up most phones and see them as a hard drive. If it does mount on the desk top you can then open the drive and find the images. They are usually in the picture or image folder.
If you cannot see the drive on your desktop and you have bluetooth on your mac. you could transfer the images via bluetooth. Slower but they will get there. You'll just have to pair the devices.
As 'git1' said. If all that fails you'll need to let us know what make the phone is.

SOURCE: CD's are skipping when playing
Sounds like the laser lens is dirty or out of focus. You can take it apart and try cleaning the lens with a soft cloth and see it that works. If the focus is out of adjustment, that takes alot of patience and time. Never look directly at the laser with the case open. On the bottom or side of the laser lens, there are two small box looking gadgets about 1/4" square with tiny screw type adjusters in the center of them. These are potentiometers, they can develop dirty or burned spots over a period of time. Turning them slightly can give you better performance. If I remember right, one of the pots is for width and the other for height of the laser focus. You can identify them by the small ribbon cables that run to them. Try a very small turn on one and try playing the dvd. Mark with a marker a straight line across the pot and board to know where you started, believe me it helps. This can take quite a while and may or may not work. I find this to be the biggest fault with most dvd and cd players. I have fixed many this way. By the way, I use a jewelers screwdriver. They have small plastic ones for these, but they are hard to come by. Good luck.

SOURCE: sharp arc 270 error code l4-04
Possible bind in one or more of the developer units. Replace as needed.
Sec. 11 Page 11-61 it talks about Paper Feed Drive Motor, it is the
same motor as the Black Developer Drive Motor.
For L4-04 swap those two motors around to troubleshoot bad motor

Unscrew the top of the unit and then you should be able to access the cd that is stuck. Then you might have to play with it to get the CD out of the reader.

Tips for a great answer:
Have you opened the case?
Inside the actual cd drive unit there should be a couple of small rubberband like belts. You can try replacing them.
It may help.
If that doesn't work ,it may be time for a replacement.
I have a tendancy to hang on to old audio equipment long after it should have been replaced. It's just hard to let them go!
Good luck with it!
