The bank or your financial institution will contact you direct by phone or letter to make you aware of any activity that flagged your account
this is a scam to get personal information and if it has a link , that is the door to let ransomware into your pc
report it to scam watch or fbi authorities then delete it with no further action on your part

I received an email from paypal stating that I authorized a payment to Juan Gross CT in the amount of 2500.00 I did not authorize! What is my next step?

Hello, Jacqueline -

You need to contact PayPal directly.

Go to PayPal.com and log into your PayPal account.

Once you are logged in, click on the Activity link near the top of the page to see what activity has gone on with your account.

Note: The email you received MAY really have been a phishing email and not an official one from PayPal. I hope you did not click on any links in the email message you received.

If any activitiy on your PayPal account is not activity you authorized, your PayPal account may have been hacked. Left click on the Help link near the top of the PayPal page. Find the link for Problems and left click on it. Move your computer cursor down to Report / resolve a problem and go from there.

Note: Be sure to log out of your PayPal account when done.

How do I speak to someone ref. my account limitation

This sounds like someone trying to get your password. Go to Google, type in PayPal and go there and change your password immediately! Do not wait. Don't trust links to your e-mail.

Be careful! This may very well be a fishing email trying to get you to open it. Don't open this email. Don't click on any of its links! Login to your account by typing in the correct web site name in your browser and check your activity yourself. If all seems normal, then forget the 'unusual activity' email.

I fear your account may have been hacked by someone you don't even know. Please try to change the password of your account as early as possible for your own safety and watch what happens.

Hello Please tell me what is happened with our account impexromcatel@yahoo.com because we received the message "To protect you, your account has been suspended from sending, saving, and receiving mail for...

That happens when yahoo detected some unusual activities on your account like sending too many emails in a certain period of time. My advice is compose a group of 50 persons for sending email and it should be with interval time like at least 30 minutes per sending a group mails.

This account is curently blocked from sending messages , i was trying to send an email to a group of people , who are waiting for this email , and i got this alert message ,what do i do about it? please...

Your account is temporary blocked for sending emails within a 24 hours period. But you can still receive and view your mails.

Yahoo Mail detected an unusual activity on your account. Sending too many e-mail in a large group may have trigger the suspension of your account. Yahoo Mail protects its users from spams. Activity like sending e-mail on a large scale suspected this as spam.

If you are planning on sending message in a group, It is better if you batch it by 100/group. It is better also if there is a time interval per sending.

Your account will work again after 24 hours. You just have to wait.

However, if your account is sending failure after 24 hours, It is advisable to report this issue to the Customer Care of Yahoo Mail. How? click this link
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/postmaster/abuse_smtp.html
Fill up completely the Yahoo Help Form.
And click Submit button. In a few time your account will be able to send messages again.

Let me know if your sending is unblock.

Please come back and give me some ratings.

Thank You for using Fixya.

Yahoo email

Did you give Yahoo any details after the initial suspension email? You may have fallen foul of a phishing scam, and the email may have likely been faked. In which case, contact Yahoo immediately, and change all your passwords.
