Question about Kyocera Cell Phones
I took my cell apart to try to clean the inside of the screen because it had black splodges on it, but it stopped working altogether. It still charges. The front plate and screen is not secured as it just falls out but I do not know if there were screws or something to hold it together?

2 possible causes - the LCD and/or LCD electronics PCB board is faulty OR the flexible ribbon cable may be kinked or broken. If you are knowledgeable in electronics repair, you can make this fix yourself.

SOURCE: dropped my cell in water
does your phone still work after being submerged?? i did the same and it was toast...
the screen is layered...glasss, lcd, and they are not meant to come apart. The phone needs to be left out, taken apart as far as you can get to air out. Leave it for a day or so, and put together. Hope this helps

Hold both the home and power button together for 10 seconds, it should at least give you an apple, if nothing then your iphone is gonna need some work...
