Assuming the television is OK and you have selected the correct 'SOURCE' then check you aerial connection and retune the set. If this does not work, take the set to a friends house and try in a 'known good' location.there are more information about it

I would advise you to contact your LG dealer as there was a software issue which related to this problem & would need to be carried out by an engineer.
