Samsung dw80f800uws dishwash on start up it goes into the wash cycle however after 3/4 minutes the oE error symbol appears and the detergent dispenser flap has not opened
Overfill error. watch the video! Water break assembly with sensors may be at fault. The machine is overfilling.
AVOID opening the dishwasher door after the program has started and the machine is hot, say to add an extra spoon or cup or something - cold air filling the machine will expand in the hot tub and cause an overflow and this condition.
The link probably wont work but type it into your browser or search on youtube. Good description of problem and how to fix it.

Fisher and Paykel Nautilus Dishwasher 01 error approx. 15 mins after starting

01 is a door switch fault. it is possible that the switch is corroded and the moisture is causing it to fail, making the machine think the door is open, and it will stop and tell you this.
if you can open the door, and inspect the switch, see if it clicks when pushed.

I get an LE error message on my LG Dishwasher. I replaced the pump. Still get the LE error. Replaced the main control. Still get the LE. No blockage in the pump. What now?

When you receive the LE error code, unplug the machine for approximately 15 - 20 minutes. This will reset the microprocessor.

Oversudsing is the main cause of LE error codes. Using non-HE detergents or too much detergent will cause stress on the motor. Oversudsing can also cause leaking and odor.

A breakdown in the signal between the microprocessor and the motor may cause the error code. This can occur if there is a loose wire.

A couple of notes about this - there are at least three motors on this unit - the main pump, the drain pump, and the 'vario motor' which appears to control the direction of water flow through the sprayers. The main pump is the one likely to go bad. Another cause of the LE code is broken wires in the door. The wires in the door get stuck in the black sound insulation and eventually break. Sometimes, this causes the LE error code. Check the wires in the door first. They are located behind the large front panel. It's easily removed by undoing 6 screws.

We have an LG lds5811ww dishwasher with IE error

check for voltage at the water valve when it should be filling Try disconnecting the Water Valve outlet from the DishWasher and run the output into a bucket if all is well with the valve then remove the door panel and inspect the wires near the bottom of the door. the wires get buried in the tar like insulation causing the wires to break as the door is opened and closed. That tar like substance is one of the worst things they could of ever put into that machine causes the wires to break apart adn become brittle

Bosch Dishwasher Model SHU5316UC-06 -- what does error code 2H mean?

2H is not exactly an "error code", but it does indicate a problem. It means that the machine exceded its wash time by more than 2 hours. This is usualy caused by a failure of the heater, most often caused by a failure of the controll. Remove the control from the door, remove the plastic housing from the control, and check for a bad solder joint on the heater relay.
If you find a bad solder joint, REPLACE the controll.
Or call a qualified service person.

NOTE: The SHU53A dish washer with serial numbers from FD8205 to FD8507 are included in a factory recall. If your dishwasher is one of these contact BSH @ 1-800-586-9226 24/7.

LE error message on the panel

Depending on the serial # of the dishwasher it may need a new wire harness and inner door liner.

LE is a motor circuit error.

Contact LG @ 1 800 243-0000 they may help you out.

I have an lg dishwasher mod#LDF7811ST, get error codeIE, changed the inlet valve, machine worked once then got IE error code again. Any suggestions?

If you are getting a IE or similar error on your LG dishwasher and have not been able to solve the problem using information based on that code, check the serial number of the dishwasher. If the first three numbers are between 501 and 702 you may have this problem:

The black mastic sound insulation material inside the dishwasher door can soften from the heat inside the dishwasher, allowing the wires inside the door to become embedded in it. If this has happened, the insulation on the wires can soften and begin to dissolve, resulting in shorted or broken wires. This may cause various error codes which may send you on a wild goose chase.

Take the screws out of the door and inspect the black insulation and the wires. If any wires are embedded in the black mastic, you may cut them and bypass them with a new section of wire, then make sure to add an insulating material to separate the wires from contacting the black mastic. In severe cases, the inner door panel must be replaced (they no longer use that type of mastic) and the wiring harness for the dishwasher would also be replaced. (a set of all the wires and plugs).

Frigidaire Dishw. Error code CL

this just happened to ours and it turned out to be the gasket that seals the door.

when you see the CL error and the door is indeed shut, pull gently back on the door. if you hear a click and the unit starts running again, it may be the gasket.

ours lost it's ability to keep the seal, allowing enough 'play' in the locking mechanism for it to think the door was not closed.
