Will not refund my money


sadly we have no idea here on FIXYA . free trials have never charged me unless I did not cancel it before the free period ran out .. best contact your bank in person to sort it out .

My telephone service were cut off in April account no 339901553055but at the end of May I still received a account of R456.60 how does this happen my tel no is 0227361509 my I'd no is 5212295052084


Did you cancel the services or did you fail to pay the bill and the phone services were disconnected ?
Your phone service would be provided as credit. You use the phone and accrue a debt for its use. If you did not pay this debt and the phone service was disconnected on you you still owe the debt. You may also be still being charged for line rental , phone equipment rental or a continuing service fee.
I suggest you contact the accounts department of the phone company and try to sort out the bill and to find out what your billing account situation is.

Some phone companies bills that are not paid or sorted out can affect your credit record / rating , so it would be of some urgency that you sort out the situation with your phone network provider before it gets worse and affects your credit rating.

Unable to log into email account


You don't say if it is a free account or a paid one from your provider , if it's a paid account ring them on their help line and they will help you. Can't get much help on free accounts, best you can do is login with username, on the drop down window click forgot password . they may send instructions to reset.other then that just make a new account,

Log in to your PayPal account and check all activity, payments and deposits show up. If it is not there then you haven't been paid!

if they paid you the money is IN your paypal account..if they didn't then it won't be in the PP account. there is no "accept/reject..it's either they paid it or they didn't check your PP balance again

Paypal-4029357733 $167.00 etc with 7 different orders. was these purchases paid in full? jdwa550@yahoo.com claims they were NOT paid. I received statement on my credit account they were paid.


I have not been able to use pay pal since 1/2013 and no there is no outstanding $ due to the following email. I had 2 bank accounts wiped out via pay pal and will not "advertise" one there again. SO have also QUIT eBay since that is the only way to purchase there. as you can see via the email it is not due to outstanding $ but due to limit, would not even let me use ebucks to complete this last transaction which was then handled via eBay but was no $167.00.???
