Display screen is not working because the cable have probs.so where i can find this cable

It is definitely possible you have a damaged screen component. At this point I would recommend taking it to a service center or call them and have it shipped for repair. You may even have a local computer repair shop that could help you out and maybe save some money :)

The problem has been narrowed down by connecting it to the TV. We know the laptop works fine otherwise except for the screen.

most laptops have a blue connection on the back of it which you plug into with a cable from exterior monitor to the blue connection on the laptop the link shows the kind of cable that you require

But are you having probs with the screen on the laptop it may just need a replacement driver for the vga display and have you tried all the updates as windows may have the update there for it

well try to plug any other monitor . if other monitor works fine then it's ur lcd monitor display prob. or ur motherboard display driver problem

most of the filp models face this prob,, answering and function keys are 1 strip,display 2nd strip, # * 1234567890 3rd strip, so change the number strip for 2580 prob,,,, for downloading prob reset the phone with the default code1234 or 0000

i think the is a problem with the strip. It connects the board and the display screen. It may be damaged. Change the display and check if it works, if it does not work then the prob is with the strip else it will be with the display. Please let me know if you have any queries.

try a working LCD from another phone replace it if it doesnt work then change the flexi cable if not working as well wow ...........

Need to press the FN + F8 key to switch display in Dell Laptop

u need 2 change ur pixels 2 1024 by 768 in display settings then click the screen with 2 on and extended ur display to it ,then open windows mobility center and click connect display this will open a screen with 3 options chose the bottom 1 use external display only or sum think like that this should work once u have ur display showing on ur tv then click connect display again and chose the top option and u should get ur display on both screen let me know if this solves ur prob it worked 4 me regards davy ps if u plug in and loose control of ur lap top i think uv already selected use external display only try changing ur pixel 2 1024 by 768 and try again if not u need 2 plug into different tv nd change this if u have any more probs with this let me know this prob had my head dun in 4 days tryed the tech guys nd they said my tv port was broke liers(there a wast ov time)

you are able to get it fixed. you just need to open your phone and dismount the display and mont it back on.

after using the data cable i have revesed all the data on my phone and am left with a blank white screen that wont switch off
