SOURCE: no air coming through the vents
Sounds like the door that brings in fresh air is not closing enough so when you get to moving it is not letting the cab recirculate the inside air and bringing in some from the outside which comes from the bottom of the windshield on the outside. along with when you get to hitting the gas going down the road you might be loosing a little vacuum and that door going to your vents might close a little.. ? what you thinkin? just a few ideas might not be a fix though thanks Jerry

try finalizing while the cam is plugged to the charger not while it is operating on battery, it works with the DC210 i have.

Sounds like you got a virus or may have been fitted with the wrong power adapter. Because of the complexity of laptop computers, I recommend having the geek squad at your local Bestbuy troubleshoot this matter.
You need a professional who can actually see what's going on to properly troubleshoot this issue. Geek Squad is the best of the pros, and my friend in technology.
Have them check to see that your harddrive is operating properly, and that your computer is not having internal power issues. If your laptop is still under warranty, often Geek Squad can honor a manufacturer warranty, saving you a lot of money.

It sounds like there is an in-line circuit breaker which is either defective, or not big enough or the motor is drawing too much amperage. Check with the manufacturer and ask the questions: what size circuit breaker should be used and what is the minimum wire size required. Check against what you actually have. You will probably find a wire hooked directly to the battery and the circuit breaker is usually located first in line close to the battery. Too small wire size could cause a fire.

Sounds like you are on the right track with your problem solving. Unfortunately you cannot determine an electronic fault by visual inspection of the components. You can see cuts, nicks, broken wires and burnt components, but this only works sometimes.
I look at the current fault code with a hand held programmer (HHP). With a HHP you can read the fault log and check out all the stored codes to get an overall idea of the history of chair problems. The 7 flash code is definitely a remote fault. You can also get this fault with a bad connecting cable between the joystick (remote) and the controller (in the base). Check this connecting cable for breaks, cuts, loose pins or connections and check the connections at both ends. You can do continuity and component checks of the remote with a digital voltmeter, but this is out of the realm of most end users.
I am assuming you have MK5 or MK6 electronics in this discussion.
The easiest test is to swap out the joystick with a known good one that either a tech has brought to your home or you have brought the joystick in to a service center for testing. The better test is with a HHP that will give you the current problem and stored information of past problems.
Weak batteries or loose battery connections can also give a myriad of electronic faults. For this reason I always check the batteries and battery connections first.
The joystick can be rebuilt, but I recommend replacement as a more cost effective solution. I always replace the joystick to controller cable too. Labor charge for this work is under 1 hour.
I can provide further information if needed. Hope this helps.
