Question about Toshiba Televison & Video
A neeto hack to do this is to use a electronic video camera (your phone works too) , just set camera to no back light or low light , and using your remote pointed at tv , view the tv thru the cameras view finder , ahhh there it is !!! it twinkles at you !!!
how this works is that electronic video cameras for low light can see wider spectrum of light than human eye they then interpret it and send it to the monitor or screen , and hey infrared remotes are "wide spectrum "
