1. Power off the phone.
2. Hold the Camera button while turning on your phone
prompted to, hit the Volume-Down rocker button to go into Recovery Mode
4. In Recovery Mode, press ALT W to reset
5. Then Menu Back to reboot
This will erase your phone completely, restoring back to factory settings. All data will be lost when the phone is wiped.
