Question about Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines
I have gone through the venting/priming procedure at least 20 times. After 3 attempts the descaling and grounds drawer lights lid alternating. I switch off the machine for 30s and repeat. The water flow is good when I do the priming and I've clean the brewing group. I've been doing this all the day and the red light still flashes fast. I also did a descaling cycle, and tested all the subsystems in the test mode and they all seem to work, I can get a good amount of water going through the dispensing head. UPDATE: I found the problem! I've been doing research online and I saw someone with similar problem and it was the flow-meter. So I dismantle the machine to get to the flow-meter. I cleaned it with a compressed air can and put all back together. It worked!!! then I assemble it and didn't have any extra screws ;-)

Hi, the problem with your machine is with the grinder motor (not working). As soon as you press the coffee the CPU senses the motor is out of circuit and the lights start flashing alternately.
You can test it by doing this. Press and hold the steam button and switch on the machine, you will see the lights going around in anticlockwise direction. Release the button then turn the dial to left (Min) and press the steam button the grinder should work. The dial on the right (Max) the brew group will come up..and half way it will come back to normal position. Press the coffee button in that position will work the pump. Servicecenter can fix this if the machine is less than 2 year old FOC.

Make sure the brew group is in
rest position; the two references
must match.(look at the marks/arrows on the side of the brew group)
Make sure the components are in
the correct position.
The hook shown must be in the
correct position; to check its
position, firmly press the "PUSH"
