First off..Law has it that Printer Manufactures can not restrict their machines from using cartridges from other vendors. So you can purchase less expensive carts from the likes of Why bother refilling when they are so cheap and the carts are actually new. Carts with print-heads built in are tested and work great. When line appear, the print head is plugged up. You may simply have a cartridge with ink that fits into a separate Print Head and locks into place. If so, that Print head is no good. It should be replaced, or run under very hot water for 10 minutes, both sides, until no ink is visible. Dry on a soft towel and do not touch the metal parts. Replace and do a printer test. That's it.

In epson lq1150 /II esc/P2 how to clear data in memory. Already removed alldata in print Que .Restarted System as well as printer.

Actually, what you're doing already clean up the data in memory.
If the memory still contain data, maybe there's something wrong with the printer.
Run a self test print whether the printer is okay or not,
Turn on the printer while holding down the LF/FF button or Load/Eject button. If it start print, that mean the printer okay. Press 'Pause' and turn OFF the printer and then turn On back to stop the self test printing.

I am getting 4 big thick black lines about an inch thick on top of my printed page, how can i stop this ?

Try printing a test page to see if your ink levels are normal. Then instruct your printer to do a self cleaning, where it will clean the print heads.

It begins to print then stops half way

Having the same problem here... very random... send a print job of labels and it will print the whole lot, or freeze at random points but always halfway through a label... no error message... unplug usb and replug doesnt do anything, but unplug and replug power and off it goes printing more lables but may even freeze again after only a few more have come out... also, every day the first print job of the day prints half the label and pauses for about 10 seconds then keeps going...
