Google reckons that is a television rather than a motorcycle?

Unplug from the wall for an hour and plug back in.

What does " main board overheating" mean in Sony Bravia LCD? is it fixable or need to be replaced

On power boards if its overheating could be dry joints, look at solder joints for cracks round the joint or darker places on board.

Hi..I own a sony bravia 40 inch LED color tv model number kdl-40ex600...i've only had it for about 5 months now and it was working fine..up until I was watching a movie and the picture went completely out....

one of the power boards inside the tv has gone, which is why its blinking 5 times, which one it is i cant tell without using a multimeter on the tv. IF its only 5 months old you should ring up who you got it from and get them to fix it, as it will cost quite a bit to repair.

Hi, I have a LED TV Sony KDL 40EX600, and I can't insert subtitles when I want to watch a movie from USB stick. Do you have the solution for this problem?

When you download the movie it should have two parts folder in your sticks....
.avi ( picture folder)
and one of these as :
.srt / .txt / .sub folder
(subtitles files )
and both of the folders should have the same name ( of the movie )
So,unless you have these 2 folders, you are not able to see ant subtitles..
if it is ok,than sub comes automatically when you start the movie..

Hope this helps! Take care and please Remember to rate/vote

Screen is frozen on with no picture and no sound. Does not respond to either remote control or manual controls. The tv did work and then after a few minutes went frozen.

You need to move further south if it is frozen. It's cold up north :-)

If you've pulled the power from this tv (power cycled it) and it still has this problem ... frozen with no picture and no sound. How a screen can be frozen with no picture, I'm not sure. But it sounds like you are going to be on your way to the repair shop. Or to buy a new tv.

If I couldn't see and couldn't hear, how would I know you were even here?
