How can I get my phone connected?

Space bar broken? I fixed that for you.

If they deactivated it, it can only be for three reasons.

The phone is stolen and its IMEI is blocked

It is 'pay as you go' and you haven't used it.

You are on contract and have not paid your bill despite reminders.

Contact your cellphone provider and ask them WHY they deactivated your phone? Let me know by replying as a COMMENT to this post. I am curious.

My phone was stolen, how can i deactivate the phone

Hello there,

The only way for you to have it deactivated is to report this to the authorized service center with the IMEI number of the phone. This should be found on the phone's box or receipt.

Hope this helps.
