SOURCE: Toyostove Laser 30 has error code EE 22

EE-22 means that the unit has tried three times to ignite. after this it goes into a "lockout" condition. remove the power and the computer will reset itself. it will then try to re-ignite. check for a fuel blockage, dirty filter etc. if there's water in your kerosene it will not fire! kerosene floats on top of water. bleed your system until you get kero and no water. use a gas additive to remove water. dry-gas will work. just empty the bottle's contents into your tank. on your computer type in toyostove error codes. this will take you to toyo's site and explains the error codes.

SOURCE: toyostove laser 30 has error code EE22

EE22 is a lock out code that keeps you from continuing to try to start the heater. This code usually pops up as the result of a problem with the fuel supply (i.e. no fuel, fuel sys obstruction, clogged filter, water frozen in line, faulty igniter), but could be more serious. To clear the code the easy way, unplug heater for at least 30 minutes. While you are waiting, check your fuel tank to see if you have fuel. Then check filter to make sure the element is not clogged and that there is no air or water (or ice) in the fuel line. If you find a problem with any of these things, correct it before trying to start heater again.

There are 2 fuses on the mother board. You can go to the Toyotomi website download the Owners Manual and look at 49 and 50 in the parts list and picture.

Code ee22 how to get out of lock up

Hi, I posted one solution but your question is still listed. EE22 means the heater failed to ignite for 3 consecutive tries. You will have to unplug the heater for about 30 minutes to reset the fault. You should find out why it didn't light before trying to light it again. You should check the igniter, make sure the combustion blower is running, make sure you are getting fuel to the pump (it will make a loud ticking or thumping sound if it isn't getting any fuel to it), try pressing the reset button on the right side of the heater which releases the float in the fuel sump, check the fuel strainer, and the filter at the barrel. Let me know if you have any questions.

Toyo lazer 55 wont ignit took apart cleaned every thing and replaced all gaskets and unit wont start

Check the igniter and make sure it is good. You can check the igniter with an ohmmeter and check the circuit board where the igniter connects for voltage with a voltmeter. A Laser 55 is an old unit and parts are hard to find. Also check the flame rod and make sure the fuel pump kicks on after the preheat time. When you turn it on the blower should start and the igniter should start to preheat the burner. After 3 minutes the fuel pump should kick on. If it is making a loud ticking or thumping sound it isn't getting fuel to the pump. If you do need parts I have an old Laser 55 with some good parts. You can contact me at nitensheaterservice@earthlink.net. Use caution when making checks on the circuit board. If you ground something it is likely to ruin your circuit board and those are not longer available. Turn the power off before removing the flame rod. They have power on them and also can ruin the circuit board if you let them touch anything metal on the heater. Let me know what you find.

Ee2 error on toyo laser 30, how do we access fuel system

I would look outside first. Filter, fuel level and bled the filter. Loosen the fitting on the fuel line and let some of the air out. Do it outside so you don't make a mess inside. After that if you still have a problem check the two red wires that go into the burner. If they don't get hot when you try to start you have an igniter problem.

OM 22 Toyostove shuts down with EE2 out of fuel code but it has fresh kerosene and a clean flame rod sensor. OM 22 is same as Laser 30 except it can run on fuel oil.

Did you check to make sure all fuel valves are open, specifically the safety valve on the back of the machine? The stem should be sticking up if this valve is open. Following that, make sure you have reset the float in the fuel feed by pushing the red button on the right side of the machine.

Toyo Stove Laser 30 will not work

The EE-8 indication means there is insufficient air flow to the combustion pot to atomize and ignite the fuel. Check your air switch for a closed condition when the blower is operating.

Toyo stove laser 30

EE22 means that your Toyo failed to ignite 3 times in a row. You need to unplug it for 30 minutes to reset the circuit board. Then plug it back in, push the red reset button on the right hand side in the little hole towards the back and push the Power button. Your Toyo should ignite after that barring some other problem caused by running out of fuel.

I am assuming that you ran out of fuel which caused the EE2 error code originally. Sometimes, when you run out of fuel you can get water, ice, debris in the fuel line causing an obstruction or limited fuel flow. You may also get an air lock. You may need to crack the fuel line at the back of the Toyo where there is 3/4 nut and bleed the line. If you see no fuel or a small quantity of fuel then you will need to thaw and/or purge the fuel line in order to get fuel to your Toyo's fuel pump. There is also a screen in the sump which can get plugged with rust, debris from the bottom of the fuel tank so you may need to clean the screen in order to get fuel to the pump.

EE2 code for toyo 3

What Does EE2 Mean? Laser 30, 56, and 73 model Laser heaters cease operation and display
the EE2 code on the control panel (instead of the clock or temperature settings) when the primary
flame rod on the heater fails to sense a flame during the first 5 minutes of the Ignition and Pre-
Heat cycle. On the Laser 55 and 72 the heater will stop and the red Reset lamp will light rather
than the EE2 code. (Note: There may be other reasons for the reset lamp to come on but much of
this information will apply.)
What Can Cause An EE2 Error? The primary flame rod is the only sensor in the heater that
can cause the EE2 error. Thus, if it occurs, either there is (1) no flame to detect, or (2) the
sensor failed to detect the flame. The flame rod is located on the lower 1/3 of the burner. It is a
heavy wire with a ceramic insulator. A single white insulated wire connects this device to the
main circuit board.
