I need a correction in my Amazon order return,and my request is impossible because I can't talk to a human. Please help me. I need the money back in my ckg acct.

Find *any* phone number on their web site (corporate, shareholder relations, anything), phone it & tell them what it is you need to speak to someone about. They *may* be able to transfer you (unlikely TBH) but should be able to give you a number to phone.

I'm trying to figure out how to print a return label for a dress I purchased through Amazon from East of Maui Hawaiian Store.


If Amazon fulfilled this and you purchased with Amazon prime - you should be able to request the return and print the label directly from My Orders interface. If this was from an independent vendor on Amazon, you may need to contact the vendor and they will possibly send you the label via email. Otherwsie, you may be responsible for the return shipping. Either way - you can learn more from the orders interface.

Refer to your confirmation email and use the details in that. You can also log into Amazon and click Account and then Order History. This will give you the order number and product details and price.

I assume this is an Amazon Prime account that you are referring to. If this is the case I suggest you go here:
Cancel Your Amazon Prime Membership
and follow the instructions given there.

How do I get my money back because I have not received the goods


Hello,

You can only cancel your transaction if the recipient has not claimed the money. To request a refund, you'll need to contact the recipient of the payment.

To cancel the payment from your bank:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

The payment will be returned to your PayPal account, not your bank account. From there, you can withdraw the money from your PayPal account to your bank account.

To cancel your credit card payment:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

Your payment will be returned to your credit card. This can take up to 30 days.

The best way I have found to deal with ecommerce issues is to call and talk to a human being. Call amazon and let them know how you feel, heck, you might even get a discount to keep you coming back.
