Better photos in florescent lighting

We purchased the camera for photos of residents in a nursing home. Many of our photos are in the dining room and there is florescent lighting. We get a lot of yellow photos that I do not seem to be able to correct. What settings to I need to use on the S560 Coolpix camera for taking indoor photos involving groups of people in florescent lighting.

You need to adjust the white balance setting.
This is on the shooting menu.

The options on the white balance presets are.
Flash, Cloudy, Daylight, Fluorescent, Incandescent
Fluorescent is what you are looking for.
Remember to change it back to auto for outdoor shoting.

With the Reizen Mighty Loud Ear or any other product, can you adjust or block out surrounding noise? While dining in the nursing home all the noises of dishes and other people are very distracting.

You need to ask the nursing Home if they have the Loop System at the home & ask them to turn it on.
When they turn the system on hold your hearing aid button for 1-2 Seconds you should then hear what is relevant & this cuts off all the surrounding feedback sounds which you are presently getting. Best Wishes. Malcolm Campbell.

Are conference tables and dining room tables interchangeable?

I definitely suggest using your conference room table as adining room table because all you need to do is put some placemats and acenterpiece and it morphs into a dining table. I'm not sure that I'd recommend using your dining room table as aconference table because it might look out of place in an office. Also, conference tables tend to have holes inthe center for cords or phones to be plugged in to.
