This is well known issue with lot of complaints.
You can try these:
- Kill the Candy Crush app from the "Settings/App" menu
- Clear the Candy Crush app cache
- Turn OFF all network connections (WiFi and mobile network)
- Restart Candy Crush

Try uninstalling then reinstalling the app. You'll probably lose all game data but I think this might fix it.

Also, you can go into system, scroll to bottom, look under "about", see if tger is an option for update/ internet/local. Choose internet and see if your phone/tablet updates, then try loading game.
