If it is a 2 stroke --yes you mix the 2 stroke oil and fuel in a can before filling the tank
if it is a 4 stroke then no --the oil goes in the sump
now for my d**b questions --do you know what motor you have and why are you not reading the the user manual first?

What oil weight is used in the TB 575

If it is a 2 cycle motor, then use an appropriate 2 cycle oil. I use a synthetic oil that 1 bottle is mixed with 1 gallon of fresh gas.

Do I mix the oil and gas together and pour it in the gas tank or do I pour the gas in the tank and the waverunner mix's the oil and gas together?

Mix the oil and gas together first.
Or you can add some gas into tank, then add some oil, then add more gas, then bit more oil ... so oil-gas mixture is uniform.

Noise in the water heater valve. How do I fix it?

Valve is not identified.
Cold water shut-off valve, TP valve, check valve, mixing valve, drain valve are the usual suspects associated with electric water heater.
Gas water heater has additional valves: gas shut off valve and gas control valve thermostat.
Check valve, TP valve and mixing valve probably need replacement.
If drain valve is leaking, put garden hose cap over end.
Shut off valve probably has a bit of blockage, or is not completely open. Try closing and then opening shut-off valve all the way, and if problem persists, replace or clean out valve.

What kind of noise? Are you sure the noise is from a valve or is it inside the tank caused by sediment build-up inside of tank?

Have less than an hour on it since new and can't keep it running. Starts hard. Have tried every trick that I have read about on the online chats and am convinced that this machine is a P.O.S. Anything...

You may have tried this but fresh gas. If it only had an hour on it but it sat around for 6 months or a year, the gas may have gunked up. But you probably already knew that. If it is gunked up try putting a bit of straight gumout or the like (not the spray but the carb. cleaner you mix with gas. and let it sit a few hours or over night the try and start it with a full tank of fresh gas mixed with the proper amount of oil. NOTE: there does exist some possibility that this may ruin the carb so you may want to start with just a small amount of gumout mixed in W/ gas. but since it sounds like you are about ready to through this out . . .

I have a Shindiawa T-27 weedeater.Everytime i give it gas,it stalls.Idles fine but stalls as soon as you hit the gas.i put clean gas a new plug in it no good.

Depending on how old this unit is, you should be able to adjust the hi/lo speed needles on the carb. If it is so new that they have a strange head rather than a screwdrive slot, you will have to experiment to find something that will turn them. Sounds like you are not getting fuel when you open the throttle. Other than that, probably a carb cleaning would be in order.

When turning the fuel needle, you just want to turn it about 1/4 turn then try to give it the gas. You are going to be turning it out, or counter clock wise. Once you get it so that the engine will rev, try giving it fuel 2 or 3 times very fast. If it bogs down or acts like it is going to die, adjust the needle a bit more.

Wrong gas

Since it's not running right I'm assuming the lawn mower is a 2-stroke and the gas had pre-mix in it. It probably just got a strong mix of the pre-mix in the lines and just has to be cleared out. We run some of the old pre-mixed gas from our dirt bikes in our trucks to get rid of it. I put a gallon or so per tank refill of good gas. You may try and rev it up a bit when starting to keep it going long enough to flush it out with the new gas you put in, that or start it a few times till it's clean. An octane booster or fuel injector cleaner might help also. If the lawn mower gas wasn't pre-mix it may just be old and possibly have some water in it.
