Always need a make to give definitive answers.

Hold the Volume Up and On button until the recovery console appears for Android and choose Soft Reset.

For ipad, iPhone or ipod, hold the power button and the Home button until the Apple logo appears.

Yes, you can reset your tablet by holding the power button and the volume down button at the same time. Be aware this will restore your tablet to factory settings, and you will lose any data, music or photos you have stored.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Hard reset tablet

There should be a reset button on the bottom right corner on the back of the case. You may need a paper clip or something to reach in and press it. Make sure the unit is charged (using the AC adapter) and then press the reset and power for 4 seconds, then release the reset button.

Tablet wont boot into anything but screen with horizontal lines..just got it today and charged battery and now i get nothing?

Holding the power button down for 10-15 seconds is considered a hard reset on most tablets. If it still won't load you can try doing a factory restore.

  • Make sure the tablet is powered off
  • Briefly tap the power button once, then hold the power button and volume down until you get the boot menu
  • There should be an option to factory reset or something to that affect
