Question about Samsung Tablets & eReaders
You can't. They are both same-devices to pair with a Bluetooth enabled device like a speaker or headphones. You can tether them, but I can't see a situation where you would one to use the other as something. They both send out a signal to connect, but would not expect to find another similar device as an answer.
