Check the bulb. If neither a new bulb and/or new batteries help, it's defective and needs to be returned.

SOURCE: My candle has only been lit, perhaps two hours.

IF your try another battery then you will know if the bulb is bad. Here is the video from Luminara showing you how; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fqxnMRib5W8
It is very easy. I suggest rechargeable batteries since they last longer and cost less with use.

My luminara candle stopped working. I changed the batteries. How do I repair it? This question was asked earlier, but I could not find the answer.

Is the replacement battery good? Is it the same size? Are contacts clean? Clean with a pencil eraser. Also verify polarity. Almost every Lithium powered device has the + side of the battery facing out.

The light in my candle does not work. Has new batteries and flame moves but no light.

It seems (without being able to see the item) that the bulb is not working. It's normally and LED type bulb and not normally replaceable. But, it does depend upon which type of candle it is.

Gave flameless candles as a gift. Largest candle does not work -changed batteries.??

Were they part of a set with a remote control? If so, you will need to move it away from the others and aim the remote only at it until you can "sync" it with the others. If no remote, the bulb might have come loose in shipping. Depends on the style as to whether or not you can tighten it.

Stopped working

My candle quit working. Changed batteries, still not working. Is there a fuse or something that needs changing? I don't have my directions anymore.

Cannot get the remote to work

I bought 3 sets of flameless candles, remote does not work in none of them, bought new battery, still not working, one of the candles was missing the spring to hold the battery. Was there any quality control?

Remote no longer works despite changing battery, are replacement remotes available?

Usually you can buy replacement remotes, or you can buy a universal remote. What product are you trying to replace the remote too? A bit more detail and we can help better.
