Hey Margo, I'm sorry to hear that your automatic threader fell apart. I am not a sewing machine repair expert of any sort, but I would imagine that there are diagrams and even spare parts available online. If it was me, I would probably take the machine in to a repair service and have them fix it for me.http://www.malssewingrepairs.com.au

Automatic needle threader won't work on brother pe-770

Always make sure the hand wheel is at the exact top. Have you replaced the need recently? If it's bent, then the threader will not work. If the needle is loose or not all the way to the top in the holder, it will also cause the threader to not work.

The needle threader on my Brother SE350 sewing machine fell off and I don't know how to put it back on

It should just slide right back on, just line it up so that the threader tip goes through the needle eye. At least. that was how I did my Singer and I would think that they all work the same way

AUTO THREADER CAME OUT

When you activated the threader, the needle was down and the threader came off or broke.

If it is not broken, you may be able to push it back into place.

Turn off the power and tip the machine back on some towels so it does not slip and with a flash light check the area where it fits and see if you can get it back into position.

If not, will have to thread the needle the old fashion way.

Check with your Brother dealer to see if they can look at the machine while you wait.

They may be able to get it back together or they will have to replace the threader.

It is possible they will have one in stock, or they may have to order it.

Brother CS6000i... the needle threader broke. A spring fell out and now it's loose and doesn't work. How do I get into it to fix it?

Contact your Brother dealer and ask if this is something you can fix.

If this mechanism is inside the machine, you may do more harm and that could result in more expense and invalidate your warranty.

Automatic needle threader on brother se-350

Hi - first, make sure that you raise the needle to as far up as it will go. When you thread the machine, make sure you pass the thread through each number along the path - there is a hook on the threader mechanism that is really easy to miss. It is always a good idea to refer to the book when you are having a problem.

You might also try changing the needle. The threader has a teeny hook that goes in to the eye of the needle from behind, grabs the thread, and pulls it back thru the eye of the needle.

The threader can go out of alignment. If you got the machine last fall, it should still be under warranty. You can call Brother and ask where you can take the machine for repair. Or, you can go to Brother's website and look for information that might be helpful.

Good luck,
Ginny
