What is spark plug gap settings for a toro tb22ec trimmer

You don't have to gap the plugs on 2 cycle and 4 cycle equipment. They are already pregapped. Look at the part number of the plug and go get yourself an E3 brand plug which covers multiple plug numbers...best plugs on the market.

Toro powerlite 98cc engine...unit will start by pull motion but will not continue to run beyond 2 minutes or so....electric start no longer executes...get clicking sound

I believe your carburetor needs to be rebuilt or replaced. The carb has thin rubber diaphragms that meter in the fuel to combustion chamber. If the diaphragms get hard (from gas sitting in carburetor for extended time or from hot weather) they won't allow enough fuel in to keep up with the demand. if you need parts email desertairrepair@aol.com.

Toro powerlite snowblower sputters out after 10-15 minutes

I would change the spark plug and be sure to gap it as per your owner's manual. I would also clean or change the air filter. I would also use only high test gas and the oil recommended by the manufacturer. good luck.
