Question about Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines

1 Answer

My Jura Ena 3 is leaking from the bottom whenever I make coffee. It seems to be coming from a hole towards the back of the machine. Any ideas?

My Jura Ena 3 is leaking out the bottom.

First I'm not a JURA tech. But I have worked on similar table top "Super Automatic" machines. You should call your vendor for service as there is no customer serviceable parts in this machine.
*** the following is for information only. ***
* If your leaking at or under the water tank then check for crack or you may be missing a rubber seal, o-ring, or washer. Replace the whole tank as a unit.
* If your leaking into the dregs or drip tray then there is a problem with the brewing system. Call for service. They may need to replace the brew valve or PC board.
* If your leaking at the bottom, drip tray, or side only when the pump buzzes (pumping water) then there is a cracked or disconnected hose line or fitting. Call for service and replace.
* If your leaking when the steam wand is in use then there is a similar problem with the 2nd pump system. Call for service and replace.
* If your leaking liquid coffee into the dregs tray or drip tray. Then you have a worn or missing group gasket(s). Call for service and replace. (you may find gasket kits from or online.)
* Final; Leaking water and electrical equipment is not a good idea. Best to be safe. Unplug and call for service.

Jura ena 3 rotary dial issue

Have you tried completely powering it down, as far as unplugging it from the wall? Sorry if that's stating the obvious, but I'm a computer guy and 9 times out of 10, a 'reboot' fixes the problem.

Ena 3 troubleshooting: Right now it appears that the right coffee spout has a weaker flow than the left. Is it clogged? How can I fix it if it is even broken. Thanks!

Got it! It took me two months and the parts diagram to figure it out.,%20ENA%205%20Diagram.pdf

Use a water-flosser... I used like 8 full water tanks and DONE.

The simpler way would be to try to point up the water-flosser through each of the four holes of each spout... It will be a mess but it should work.

The other way:
1.- Take the grey plastic panel out from the front dispenser. Use a small flat screw-driver, start from the top, there are 2 clips, and then 2 other clips on the bottom.

Take out the air intake, that will let you have access into the tubes with the water-flosser.

ena-3-troubleshooting-right-now-appears-nddfxdzj3csnr0xni24gr4jm-4-9.jpg 3.- Take your time "flossing" your dispenser, as I said it took me like 8 water tanks... a lot of coffee residual got accumulated (to my surprise).
