I have a problem in Outlook 2007. I have set up my email account of cpanel and linked it with outlook. My outlook application is able to receive email from cpanel but is not able to send out any email.

check your default email outgoing server and port. there could be something wrong with it. double check it with your email provider. if everything is correct then delete some files that you no longer need and then check again. usually this happens when your email size limit is reached.

Mails sent do not reach their destination. It appears in the Outlook sent as sent.

To check the exact reason - we have to follow few steps one by one as follows.

Due to following reasons mails may not reach their destinations,

Other End Problems
1. Email address typed is wrong or does not exist.
2. There is problem with the email address - like inbox capacity is full, incoming mail server is down.
3. Recipient received the email not in inbox rather in bulk/junk box - so tell him/her to check junk/bulk box.
4. Your email address is blocked by them (recipients).

Your End problem

5. You have not clicked the option "Server Authentication" or other configuration problem you made.
6. There is virus problem in your computer creating malfunction for outgoing emails.
7. Your outgoing server problem.

So I am guiding how to check all points one by one tactfully to detect exact reason.

First verify the email address you typed - then you send email to the same email address from your different email.
Try to use same mail server (your end) for checking as some time few black listed mail servers are there.
You request the recipient to check the bulk/junk box - or send email waiting few hours.
Tell the recipient whether your email is blocked or the domain of your email address (as yahoo.com is domain of email [email protected]).

Now this is the very important point out of the all points - please consult with your mail server admin and check whether you have checked the Server Authentication Required option in mail client software like Outlook Express.
You please configure the same email in different computer (virus free) - try the same.
Wait few ours and send to other email addresses - and check.

Cannot connect to subscriber in China

Typically this error indicates that you are trying to send your Adhost email through Adhost’s mail server when you have not authenticated your email account to send mail. Our mail server authenticates you through your pop account. So when you check your email, our mail server authenticates your pop user and password, captures that IP that you are checking your email from, and adds that IP to our relay list. This list is flushed every 70 minutes. This means, if you try to send email after the relay list has been flushed and before you’ve attempted to check your email, you will receive this error.


How to fix the problem:

Fix #1 - reauthenticate on our server.

Remove any email from your Outbox. If you need to keep the message, you can move it to your 'Drafts' folder.
Click "Send/Receive". This will reauthenticate you.
Try resending the email.
Fix #2 - configure your email client to check for email before sending.

In Outlook, go to "Tools" and select "Email Accounts". Make sure "View or change existing e-mail accounts" is checked. Click Next.
Select your account from the list and click "Change".
Select "More Settings".
Select "Outgoing Server".
Check "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".
Select "Log on to incoming mail server before sending mail".
Click "OK", then "Next", then "Finish".

This will fix your problem

I am not getting some email and have checked

If you are able to download and connect to the internet, then the Wlan error is not an issue.
Most likely, you email has a junk email filter and it is being seen as SPAM. Depending on your Email provider, your antivirus and your manner of accessing email, exactly how to check your junk email differers.
Look for a Junk email folder and see if the emails are there.

Why does Yahoo display WRONG informationj regarding Lake Cinema Boolaroo????

yahoo is not acknowledging my email name and password. changed password and still no response. when accessed facebook about an email story about school kids honoring obama, i got a password check and a cell phone password check. never been asked about a cell phone password check before. after that, my email broke down. got email returned from whitehouse email from obama stamped not accepted. after that, all email communications sending and receiving was denied to owner. if an intruder interfered with my yahoo email address, how can i resolve this problem to get back to my normal yahoo email access?
