Email accounts can be hard to sort out if you don't know what you are doing. Have you thought about changing your email address to someone like Hotmail, Google, Yahoo. It is easy to register with them and you should need to do anything for them to work properly. What sort of PC are you using? It will help if I know so I can answer the question about copying and pasting. With a laptop you put your pointer to the start of the text you want to copy and then click on the left side of the trackpad and keep pressure on and move from left to right until all the text you want to copy is highlighted. You can now let go of the trackpad and press you Command key + C or go to the menu bar and select Edit and then Copy. The url is now copied, now to paste you put the pointer to where you want the url to be and simple press command Command key + V (on a Macbook) or go to Edit again and select paste from the drop down menu. You should now have copied and pasted your url? Hope that is of help.
Copy and Paste has to work. Maybe you are doing something wrong.
For example if you copy three rows of excel data then when you get ready to paste it you must select and highlight three rows to paste it.
There are other ways to copy and paste something tool For example highlight what you want to copy then put the mouse pointer on it and do a Right Click and select copy. You can also Right Click Where you want to paste it.
Also you can highlight what you want to copy then Press and Hold the CTRL then hit the letter C key. When you want to paste it you can simply put the mouse where you want it to go, then Press and Hold the CTRL key then hit the letter V key.
Of course there are the way most people know which is to hit File/Edit/Copy at the top of the window or File/Edit/Paste.
Click whith the left mouse button to hignlight the file you want to copy then press Ctrl key plus c key to copy then open the folder you want to copy to then press Ctrl key plus v key to paste. and to cut a file - Ctrl key plus x key to cut
Most times if you're looking to copy and paste you can use the following shortcuts:
Highlight what you want copied,
now press Control key + Insert key together,
now select where you want it copied,
now press Shift key + Insert key together.
Good luck with it!

What program are you in that you are trying to copy and paste? If it is a PDF file, they will not allow you to do it. You would have to convert it, then you could.
In most other programs you can 1.) select the part you want to copy 2.) click Edit, Copy. 3.) Go to where you would like to paste it 4.) click Edit Paste.
There are also shortcut keys that work in some cases where Edit Copy/Paste does not. To try this, 1.) select where you want to copy 2.) hold the Ctrl key and press C 3.) and then go to where you want to paste, and hold the Ctrl key and press V.
Please let me know if you need further assitance.
Thanks
