more than likely you have some debris near the shower head
take an adjustible wrench( crescent or channel lock
wrap a rag around the eustaceon( chrome tube coming out of shower wall srap around tube to protect the chrome hold it firmly with vicegrips or channel locks, take adjustible wrench or chanel locks and remove the chrome nut holding the shower head on to the eustaceon(turn counter cockwise be careful not to drop the tools that wil damage the tile or fiberglass
after removing showerhead
turn on shower to force and debris out and place shwoer head into stream of water to clean out any deposits the head may have some type of screen to strain the water
this should work if the flow has not incresed then there is a need to adjust the flow valve at the control
to reinstall the shower head reverse procedure
if you have any teflon tape wrap it around the threaded portion of the eustaceon
hoe this works
