Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: SEAGATE HARD DISK DRIVE PROBLEM...

grt seagate nice brand...
whenever yor OS is currepted this type of messages raised. its not only due to bad hard drive. I think your hard disk is ok. If you want to make a check you can run scan disk to see if you have any bad-secter on your HDD, if you have then its HDD problem, otherwise its ok.

Thanks

It's very easy. You can switch SATA mode from AHCI to IDE (in Bios) and install XP, or leave AHCI mode, with 'nLite' integrate AHCI drivers into XP installatin files, burn and install... Drivers are not problem, just search in google, even ePower tools are working.

SOURCE: Operating system is not adequate for installation.

There's a compatibility issue. The best way to get thie particular program to run is to install it on an older windows XP computer, then go into C:\Program Files\Hello Kitty Dream Carnival directory to the new computer's C:\Program Files(x86)\Hello Kitty Dream Carnival.

That should work.

SOURCE: Tried installing hdd from cctv dvr to save it's contents.....

Hi,

Most PVR's use a small linux micro operating system to run there menus and handle the drives, as such many of the drives used by them are formatted in Ext2/3. You will need to install a driver in windows that allows it to mount ext? drives and then you should have no problem accessing it. The link below will take you to a download site for a free driver, but they do ask you to donate. Please if it works throw them a bone as this is how they keep providing such useful software for all of us.

If this works, copy the files to your computer and then let the PVR reformat the drive, unfortunately when windows doesn't recognize the drive as being formatted, it marks it. That mark is messing with the PVR but after you add these drivers you should have no problem moving the drive back and fourth as it will recognize the drive and it's data in the future.

Hope this helps FixYa,

My daghters puter was hacked .. she lost all the drivers for the internet .. netopia .. i cant seem to burn it on my pc for her .. it keeps telling me to insert disc when the disc is in there

Start up the computer using the original operating system installation disk. Re-install all the drivers, and programs.

VERY IMPORTANT to install a quality virus scanner. The paid ones such as McAfee or Symantec, or the equivalent are strongly recommended. The free ones are not usually well supported and they will not guarantee up to date tables.

DO NOT install hacked, or pirate, or software hacks, Most of these carry Trojans. That is their catch. Take care of the web sites that are visited. Use common sense to keep the computer clean.

There are some worms and viruses that can do permanent hardware damage. If this has happened to your computer, service will be required.

I ACCIDENTLY DELETED MY AUDIO PROGRAM NOW I CANT SEEM TO GET IT BACK

After reinstalling/installing an Operating System you can lose the Audio Drivers or sometimes they just corrupt.. Try reinstalling the Audio Drivers from the disk provide with your P.C./Laptop. If you no longer have the disk just visit the website of the makers of your P.C./Laptop or Motherboard and download the Audio Drivers from there, after that install them.
Thumbs up please if this works for you, thanks.

I want to format my pc but not sure how to.it was easy on my old lap top but this one i cant seem to figure it out

what operating system are you installing?
Go into bios at start up; press del or f1 and set your DVD drive to be the first boot option. Put your operating system install disc in the DVD drive and save and exit bios. When the PC restarts it will ask you if you want to boot from CD. hit a key to start from CD. The operating system will begin to install and give you the option of where to install. At this stage you can also select to format the hard disk make partitions or delete them. On Win7 and vista these options are available when you choose advanced from the hard disk selection screen.

Hard drive is split in 2 one half full, cant seem to combine the 2 bits other half nearly empty. cant run much without warning of no space.

Try a disk clean up first on your OS partition. Check out Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools> and run Windows Disk Clean Up. Pretty self explanitory.

Also check out CleanUp! at www.stevengould.org.

To resize your partitions, check out Partition Magic but be careful if this is the recovery partion as you may corrupt.

I have an etower 500 and want to format the hard drive but am having trouble i cant remember how

The best way to format a hard drive is to completly wipe it first, a secure wipe is always the best thing to do before formating it.

Here is list of free disk wipes you can download and prepare on a bootable cd rom: http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Best/disk-erase-free.html

Then, you use your Operating System disk (of the operating system you are installing) format the drive for you using that bootable disk (the Windows cd)
