The problem is the fuser heating element is not getting the correct temp. Or the film has shifted to one side & the sensor is not seeing the white square on the film. Take out the fixing assy and check the film.
Also, on the fixing assy, the cleaning roller built up with toner can cause problems

Dear nima you have not mentioned the position of the jam ed paper. How ever you may check the try if found pull to wards you. next open the left cover by pressing a small window check the bottom if there is paper pull upward. next if paper jammed at fixing unit(heater unit) pull the lever (found at right side of the fixing unit) and pull the paper slowly to ward you. Close the door and reset. If no paper found clear all error using copier function.
