Question about Electrolux Ovens
Hello BOLD POINTS,
Would that you had a warranty I'd suggest you get the ELECTROLUX folks out there... but if your wallet is as abused as mine...
Put your model number and the parts (or "spares" (depending on what part of the planet you are on))...
You should get some control board SUPPLIERS...
With video help on several...
Just make sure to work SAFELY...
Take pictures and note what COLOR wires go to what terminal
BEFORE YOU GET IN TROUBLE...
after does NOT help.

I am personally loath to recommend SEARS... but they are getting a little competitive... (so I won't)... but they do have a decent online library

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I had the same problem. The entire control panel had to be replaced. That included the display, keypad and all the hardware behind it.. it's one integrated unit. Luckily I had the extended warranty, otherwise it would have cost close to $400.

It means the the thermal bulb is bad or not lined up in the oven or it's not in the flame so it won't ignite untill you hit it, use a pair of plyers to move it directly intothe flame, if it still does not work relpace the themal gas bulb controller.

Good Morning Rolf, thanks for your post!
Based off the information you have provided your Electrolux wall oven/microwave combination is stuck in demo mode. The best way to remove demo mode from your wall oven/microwave combo is to hold the oven light button and the on/off keys at the same time and you should be able to toggle in and out of demo mode. Hopefully this is helpful. -Matt

Hey friend, thanks for your post!
I see that your Electrolux wall oven is displaying an "F14" error code. "F14" stands for display tail missing, which means you could have an issue within your main control board or keypad. I would perform a reset on your appliance which can be done by flipping your household circuit breaker off for roughly ten minutes. If that does not correct the issue I would suggest seeking a professional to come out properly diagnose and repair your appliance. I hope this is helpful. -Matt
