I am not a doctor but I can tell you that at 4000 feet there is about 87% of the oxygen compared to sea level. High altitude is usually defined as 5000-11,000 feet. High altitude actually increases the body's blood pressure.

What to eat to raise blood pressure

nothing to eat unless you want to clog up the heart but dehydration or lack of regular water intake affects blood pressure
talk with a doctor as you need to fully understand "blood pressure" and what it means in the body
Low blood pressure readings are normal and it is the high pressure readings that are dangerous
Again talk with a doctor to be correctly informed and what your particular blood pressure readings should be

Low diastolic pressure for what reason

That paper coined a new term, "isolated diastolic hypotension," which refers to a low diastolic blood pressure (less than 60 mm Hg) and a normal systolic pressure (above 100 mm Hg). Older adults who fit those conditions are at increased risk for developing new-onset heart failure, the researchers found.17 May 2015

Changes in elevation affect the body when going from a low altitude to a higher one. This can cause a number of problems because of differences in air pressure, temperature and oxygen levels. Preparing your body for a change in altitude helps it acclimate and keeps you safe, while out in the elements. You can protect your body by getting physically fit, dressing appropriately and keeping yourself properly nourished. Elevators

Alti does not read correct alti.

Don't forget that the altimeter is barometric, and therefore the altitude reading will change depending on the air pressure - i.e. the weatherman may give the 'high pressure coming through' or that there is a low pressure giving rain - to get the true altitude, you need to know the true air pressure at any given point on the earth ~(where you are) then set this as the 'normal'. you will then get the correct altitude. Don't forget that if you are in a pressurised aircraft - as in allcommercial flights, the cabin air pressure is artificially kept at appx 4000-6000ft altitude

WHAT WOULD BE CONSIDERED LOW BLOOD PRESSURE?IS IT NORMAL FOR MY TOP NUMBER TO CHANGE FROM 104 TO 129 IN ABOUT 5 MINUTES?

There are standard methods for measuring BP. One should be seated on chair, feet on ground, leaned back, relaxed for at least 5 minutes, at least 2 hrs after a meal, .... then repeating this procedure several times daily, and averaging will provide some ave daily BP value.
Using this procedure for hourly BP measures, one can adjust times and doses of BP medicines taken daily.

Incorrect altitude changes

Here is the link to the user manual for this watch if you need it; http://www.lacrossetechnology.com/k2100/manual.pdf page 12 gives you all the contact details for lacrosse. I couldnt find the info online to be sure, but some of these watches do have a separate pressure sensor for altitude and barometric pressure, and sometimes the path to one could get blocked or it could become faulty. I would contact la crosse and find a dealer to get the watch serviced, you could probably do it yourself but you need to get replacement seals from them anyway (these are important). ask them to check if the sensor is clogged, it happens sometimes. Hope this helps :)
