Woods in takamine model EG-332C/sn60711382?

I should add that label inside states made in Taiwan. I would appreciate comments related as specifically possible to this particular guitar since there were variations of materials within thr G series, esp. Whether any laminates are involved.

That model has a spruce top, mahogany back and sides, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and mahogany neck.

This is typical of their G series models.

I have a Takamine acoustic, 6 string,(from what it looks, but definitely not sure at all) Pro series, steel string guitar. With the serial # 94031146. I'm wondering what model and value Thanks

Tak serial numbers are pretty reliable but do not always give the exact model. Yours was made in March 1994, and probably is indeed a Pro Series guitar. You should Google that, "1994 Takamine Pro" , and see if images are a match.

They are well regarded, going for US$1000-1200.

Takamine serial numbers78111963

This guitar was actually made in 1978 on November 19th. The 63 represents how many of these models were made before it. Basically this was the 63rd guitar made that year. I am having a hard time finding that specific model.

Takamine TP4T Preamp blinking

It does sound to be fried but, you really don't have to replace it with the same exact model, look for an upgrade, I'm sure that manufacture and many others have one better. If it were my guitar, I would definitely think of it as upgrade time. The pickup is probably ok knowing that it can handle heat better due to its location and materials.

I just purchased a Takamine acoustic/electric EG 350 SC which sounds great until I plugged it into a Mackey sound board. I sounded like distortion was coming out. In other words, it sounded like ****. I...

I ASSUME that you plugged your guitar into a DI box that then used BALANCED XLR cable to the Mackie board??? The guitar generates line level and the Mackie board inputs are mostly mic level... you will get distortion if you overdrive the Mackie board. You could try going into line level jacks, HOWEVER if you go any distance balanced interconnects must be used. Even the line level jacks require using TRS balanced cables. Try is using a DI box, and preferably one with a gain switch. Also fiddle with the ground lift switch on it for least noise or hum. I use the LiveWire brand DI boxes and they seem to work fine. Then it is important to set the gain with the trim on the MAckie so you don't clip. Also be aware that an acoustic guitar can "hear" speakers and you can get feedback or regeneration that will sound like you are in a cave.

The 6th, 5th and 4th strings are too near the twelve fret and sounds terrible on Takamine TH90. This is more severe in summer. I know the guitar has a bar inside the wood, but I do not know how to adjust...

You best take it to a shop for setup. The truss rod USUALLY has an adjustment in the sound hole or under a little plat at the neck. You can easily cause damage if you are unfamiliar with the adjustment. It is possible that there is a problem with the bridge as well. Having the guitar setup by a professional is safest thing for you to do.
