The chain keeps coming off and we just got it today.

Sounds like you do not have the chain tight enough. Read the book if it came with one. Good luck

M1112 chuck .0045 off center

There are three possiblities: 1. dirt interfering with the jaw position or between the jaw and the workpiece - if you loosen, tap the jaw, retighten on your work and the result is repeatable, then this is not the problem. 2. the jaw itself needs to be cut, as you are doing - this will solve the problem and give you repeatably centering so long as 1 or 3 are not the problem. 3. The most insidious problem would be that the spiral groove on the back plate which is supposed to move the three jaws in harmony has a bad spot - this would give you inconsistent centering of the jaws at different diameters and could only be fixed by re-grinding that spiral groove (this would be VERY tricky to do yourself) or replacing the backplate.
good luck!

Cant remove chuck from a dwd 520

That one looks tricky! If the jaws on the chuck work lock an allen socket in the jaws and impact it of right hand with an impact wrench. This could damage the gears however if it's really tight. Another option is cutting half the chuck off in a chop saw just above the spindle and welding a nut on and impacting it off that way. The heat from the chop saw and welding will help loosen the chuck.
Good luck with that one!

Do you have the correct Resistor plug in the saw? If the plug is correct and muffler is clear, air filter clean, my thoughts would be a clogged carburetor.

5500 generator stopped producing eletric after

First check with the dealer and see if it is still under warranty. If it is not, make sure nothing is blocking the air flow around where the control modules are located. This could cause the voltage regulator and other electronic parts to overheat. Next check the brushes and make sure they are free of any dust or build up preventing them from making contact.

If everything is OK the next thing I would do is change the voltage regulator.

My grandson's Wii power adapter has just blown up but fortunately did not go on fire. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

could be a factory defective power supply...see if the wii power supply is made in china...alternative power adapters don´t have the quality of the original ones...does your eletrical home instalation is good ? Cause bad home eletrical terminals can cause overcharge or even a overvolt in a sensible power supply.
Good Luck!!!

Chuck is sticky

If the jaws are rusted that will usually help but you might also try something like 3 in 1 oil also. What I would look for is at the end of the chuck body where the jaws come out is the metal flared some? Then I can usually hold the chuck collar with a pair of gloves and slowly run the jaws in and out with the power of the tool some to loosen them up. DO IT SLOWLY and use a glove.Dave
