It is a question that can only be answered by trying it, there is no guarantee. If you do the reset make sure you back up all your stored files like photo's and phone numbers and other saved data, it will all be erased during the factory reset.

How to restore back to factory settings

Try powering it up with the power button, and the volume buttons (both vol up and vol down) - all 3 pressed simultaneously. Hold them until it either boots, or gives you the option to restore to factory settings. This is a common method with tablets, but I have not used the pandigital.
Good luck!

I have a coby kyros internet tablet mid7015-46 i bought it in november and it is stuck on android and will not move past that

By "stuck on android", the entire operating system is android. It is the Google Android operating system.
If the device cannot load up then it may need a factory reset. I am assuming like most android devices it has volume keys. If this is the case, turn the device off. Then, hold down the Volume DOWN button and keep holding it. Then turn the device on (still holding volume down). This will bring you to the recovery screen. From these selection, you can select using volume up and volume down. On that menu or one of the sub menus should be the option to do a data reset (factory reset etc). Select this option.
This will restore the device back to factory settings
WARNING: Doing the following will remove ALL data from the device, and MAY potentially stop the device from working. However, seeing as its not working at the moment anyway, you don't have an awful lot to lose!
