Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: My candle has only been lit, perhaps two hours.

IF your try another battery then you will know if the bulb is bad. Here is the video from Luminara showing you how; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fqxnMRib5W8
It is very easy. I suggest rechargeable batteries since they last longer and cost less with use.

Corrosion. Remove the batteries and look at the battery leads in your product. White to greenish color.

Check the bulb. If neither a new bulb and/or new batteries help, it's defective and needs to be returned.

Stopped working

My candle quit working. Changed batteries, still not working. Is there a fuse or something that needs changing? I don't have my directions anymore.

I have the Amertac Westek/Amerelle 75206 LED Rechargeable Candle Kit, 6-Pack2 of the candles don't flicker their just on why is this when I was told their suppose to flicker?

Swap the candles around in the charger. The two in question may not be charging properly or their rechargeable batteries may be defective. Chargers of this type tend to be sensitive to incorrect installation of the candles. I have also found that the candles do not hold a charge very long.

Cannot get the remote to work

I bought 3 sets of flameless candles, remote does not work in none of them, bought new battery, still not working, one of the candles was missing the spring to hold the battery. Was there any quality control?

What are flameless candles?

Flameless candles are made from beeswax like regular candles but instead of a wick they use Led lighting to illuminate the candle. They look very realistic but are much safer than regular candles.
