I want to remove the password

Since it is a Fuji/Xerox Network controller, you can try the following:
At the controll Panel on the copier, Choose Access A or LogIn. The screen should now prompt for a password. Try 11111

It should log you in.
Now press the Machine Status button.
Now choose the Tools tab.
Select Accounting
Turn off the Accounting Method.
Save
Exit

If you turn it off, ALL passwords will not work anymore, and anyone can use the copier... plus you will lose the copy/print counts. The whole idea for codes is for 2 reasons. One, to count costs/usage and two, prevent anyone else using it.
