How do I fix the irritating shhhshshsh sound on my Hisense TV

Try moving the decoder to the other side of the TV, or farther away. The TV audio circuit may be picking up electromagnetic noise from the digital circuitry in the decoder. Another possibility is a defective audio circuit in the decoder.

If you are connecting the decoder to the antenna input on the TV, the problem may be a misaligned (mistuned) audio modulator output in the decoder. In that case, if you have the option of using a different TV channel on both units, try that.

Need master code for radio in a 2000 ml320

Hi,

Regretfully due to reasons of theft or piracy we do not pass the radio codes here at FixYa. If you contact your local Mercedes-Benz dealer they will give you the 5 digit code. (You must have your registration and know the complete serial number of the radio)

I want a diagram of 4X16 multiplexer circuit ..................

it's not a multiplexer, that's called an encoder.

Multiplexers are sort-of like switches. They "choose" one of the X inputs based on an input "selector" and output it
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multiplexer

but what you're looking for is something that decodes a 4 bit binary input into a 16 bit output where for each possible input, one unique outputs out of the 16 are high. That's a four-to-sixteen line decoder.

They're kind of useless. Three-to-eight decoders are much more common.

Here's an article on how decoders work, and it shows an example of a three-to-eight line decoder. You can easily take that and extend it to be a four-to-sixteen line decoder once you understand the process.
