Question about Dell Computers & Internet
My computer is a Dell desktop with Windows XP. A user went in and started deleting all the information and files she created and some temporary files out of C drive. Now my computer goes into sleep mode and won't wake up. I have to manually restart my computer to continue to search the problems. I tried one restore point to a day, three months ago. This did no good.
It sounds like you have a virus.
Go to Microsoft website and download and run security suite.
Then to fix sleep mode check your shutdown and sleep settings (sounds like they were altered)
Run Malwarebytes its a free program you can download from google.
After doing this should be better but keep Malwarebytes and run monthly.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
