What tempature and time to smoke ribeye steaks 1 inch

Hi kdmadden1...

Prepare the smoker for barbecuing by bringing the temperature up to 200°F to 220°F
(95°C to 105°C).
Put the steaks in the smoker and cook for about 2 hour for Medium Well to Well Done.
Check your steak at 1.5 hours to see how it is doing...maybe almost rare to medium rare...
During the last 15 minutes of cooking before the meat is done, you will brush the meat with some of marinade, bbq sauce, etc if you want.
Please take time to rate me thumbs up.

How long to cook chicken sausage on the George foreman

this depends on how thick the sausages are. For sausages that are about 1 - 1 1/2 inches thick it will take about 10-15 minutes. the best way to tell if a sausage is done (chicken or pork) is to insert a meat thermometer into the end of the sausage about 3 inches deep. When the meat is done it will read 160 deg F.

What temperature should my Weber 8006 heat up to ?

That, my friend depends on what flame height the burners are set on and how long the lid is closed. If left long enough, I suppose it could reach 550 to 600 degrees. Which is more than what's necessary to seer a steak. Why do you ask? Having a problem with the grill not heating well?

No problem, how do you grill an italian sausage, **** before grilling or after turning

Italian Sausage is fun to grill.Bring the sausage up to room temperature before grilling. That way they will cook evenly. Preheat your grill to medium heat (350 is fine). Place the sausage links on the grill and cook slowly. Turn the links frequently, so that all sides get that light crispy outer texture and cook evenly. Never ever use a fork to move or turn the sausage links. Always use tongs. You don't want to pierce the meat and loose all those tasty juices. Depending on how many you're cooking, 15 to 20 minutes is usually enough. Remove one from the grill and test it for donness, by slicing it in half with a knife. If the inside is still pink, give them 5 more minutes. If it's not, remove the sausages and enjoy!

I like ,with sauteed onions and lots of Plockman's Mustard.

If this is an LP grill, replace the regulator and hose, easy to do and not very expensive. If this doesn't work, please let me know.

Coal starts dying out the moment I put the Grill

even with all the vents open the air is restricted with the top on. This is what makes the kettle such a remarkable cooking machine. If you wish to grill then leave the lid off and cook directly over the coals, if you are grilling a thicker cut of meat such as a 1 1/2" thick porterhouse you might want to put the lid on for a while to more or less bake or broil the meat without blackening the surface of the meat and to achieve the desired internal doneness of the cut. you can also stack your briquettes/lump to one side and put the lid on so the exhaust is opposite to create a non direct cooking environment for cuts such as butts, ribs, briskets, whole chickens etc
